Southern boubou

Appearance
Similat to the Common Fiscal but has a shorter tail and the white on the wing extends onto the secondaries; it is also shy and skulking in its habits. Distinguished from Tropical and Swamp Boubous by its rufous flanks, undertail and belly.
female is slightly greyer above, with a rufous wash on the breast. Juvenile is mottled buff-brown above and barred below.
Habitat
Thickets in riverine and evergreen forests.
Call
A variable duet with basic notes of 'boo-boo' followed by a whistled 'whee-ooo'.
