Irving Nature Park
Irving Nature Park is located Taylors Island on the western side of Saint John, the capital of New Brunswick. J.D. Irving, Limited maintains the park and keeps it open to visitors on foot, year 'round.
The peninsula of volcanic rock and forest on the Bay of Fundy shoreline, is swept twice daily by seawater with some of the highest tides in the world. Mud flats and salt-marsh are along one side; a long sand beach is on the other. The area nurtures one of New Brunswick's richest marine ecosystems.
The abundant rich food sources found in the salt-marsh and the sea attract numerous species of migratory and marine birds. The area is a traditional staging site on flight paths between the Arctic and South America, and a breeding ground for many shore birds along Atlantic coastline. More than 250 species of bird have been seen here during migration periods.
A vehicle road encircles the park, and eight walking trails of different lengths and difficulty allow visitors to tour the park without endangering sensitive areas.

Hopewell rocks
Hopewell rocks is located along the coast of the bay of Fundy near the village Hopewell Cave. The characteristic flowerpot-like rock formations consist of dark sedimentary conglomerate and sandstone rock. After the retreat of the glaciers in the region following the last ice age, surface water filtering through cracks in the cliff has eroded and separated the formations from the rest of the cliff face. Meanwhile, advancing and retreating tides and the associated waves have eroded the base of the rocks at a faster rate than the tops, resulting in their unusual shapes.
Due to the extreme tidal range of the Bay of Fundy, the base of the formations are covered in water twice a day. However, it is possible to view the formations from ground level at low tide.

Covered bridges
Sawmill creek bridge is one of the many covered bridges in the area. Bridges were built with a roof to protect them from the weather. Sawmill creek bridge has been replaced by a new 'uncovered' bridge in the road, but the old covered bridge has been preserved as a monument.

Fundy National Park
Fundy National Park is located on the Bay of Fundy, the village site being Alma, New Brunswick. It includes both seashore and Acadian coastal forests. The park covers an area of 207 km² along Chignecto Bay, the western branch of the Bay of Fundy, and faces Cape Chignecto Provincial Park across the Bay in Nova Scotia.
The park has a network of over 100 km of hiking and biking trails and a unique red-painted covered bridge is located at Point Wolfe.

Grand Manan
Grand Manan Island (also simply Grand Manan) is a Canadian island, and the largest in the Bay of Fundy. The island offers various lighthouses and hiking trails.
