Southern ground-hornbill eating

Food
Southern ground hornbills are carnivorous and mostly hunt on the ground, where they find the majority of their food. This food ranges from insects to small animals. They will occasionally consume some fruit and seeds.
They forage on the ground, walking slowly searching for food. To hunt some difficult prey such as snakes, hornbills gather in groups.
